Completed ventures across four segments
ThemisYu and its partners completed the projects described below in earlier years. They span four segments: Offshore, Finance, Technology, and Estate. For the moment, ThemisYu has no operational presence and is not currently active in any of these segments. What follows is kept only as a record of the work carried out at the time.
The projects are presented in the structure under which they were managed. Each section introduces the company that led the work and the ventures that sat beneath it, from the drilling and shipping operations of ThemisYu Offshore to the financial, technology, and real estate activities of the other segments. Together they reflect a period in which the Group and its partners invested across markets, sectors, and borders.
This record is intended to document what was built during those years and to preserve the detail of each venture for the people who worked on it. It is not a description of the services ThemisYu offers today.

Marine
Offshore
ThemisYu Offshore is the management company for ThemisYu SeaSharp and ThemisYu SeaWave. It holds ThemisYu's equity and houses the management and directors. Its partners are highly recognized, experienced directors from the oil and gas sector, and together they create affiliated joint venture projects with clients on a global scale, known for finding solutions through both political and financial networks.
SeaSharp
ThemisYu SeaSharp is an independent SeaRigg drilling company focused on both the brokerage and bareboat charter of mid-range oil and gas rigs. To date it has brokered and bareboated three mid-range (less than 300 ft) rigs, and it also has several partners with drill areas ready for execution. SeaSharp is a strong strategic partner for clients needing assistance with construction, finance, or management, and one of its key strengths is dynamic flexibility in the financial market.
SeaWave
ThemisYu SeaWave is an independent, flexible shipping company that dedicates its time and resources to the demands of its own partners, working only on projects controlled by its partners. This approach gives ThemisYu SeaWave an unprecedented advantage over other shipping companies through its transparency and long-term commitment to its partners. ThemisYu SeaWave collaborates with its sister company, ThemisYu SeaSharp, to maintain strong competitiveness in reliability and financial security.

ThemisYu Finance serves as the backbone of the ThemisYu Group, assuming the responsibilities of ThemisYu Holding. It provides the financial structure and management necessary for the group's operations. By offering strategic and structured management, it consolidates the entire ThemisYu network, facilitating the application of smart financial solutions wherever needed. The company handles all financial sector projects, including VzPay Solutions detailed below, along with numerous other projects. As the group's backbone, ThemisYu Finance manages many day-to-day inquiries and propositions, directing the most viable ones to the appropriate entity.
Mergers & Acquisitions
ThemisYu advises clients globally on a wide range of strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, asset purchases and dispositions, restructurings, and reorganizations. The M&A business is a crucial component of ThemisYu's operations, and in any deal the goal is none other than creating and capturing the full potential of the value that lies within.
ThemisYu has handled numerous transactions for its corporate and financial clients and has been involved in all elements of the deals value chain, from screening through to integration.

The company integrates its services with PGA Live to ensure that comprehensive knowledge is readily available to its more than 50,000 community members, and was initially launched in Sweden.

As the youngest entity in the ThemisYu Group, ThemisYu Estate has two main responsibilities. Firstly, it oversees ThemisYu's own infrastructure and real estate, managing these assets along with other offices for the entire group. Secondly, it acts as a holding company for the group's collective interests in BYOS projects. Despite its youth, the company boasts a management team with over thirty years of experience in real estate investments and management, and it operates two subsidiaries that collaborate to create optimal infrastructure for ongoing and future developments.
BYOS Development
BYOS stands for Biomorphic Design and Innovative Services, representing the core of the company's vision to create uncompromising design and services, primarily focusing on the hotel and casino market. Founded for this purpose, BYOS is now a recognized visionary company with innovative ideas and designs.
BYOS Development is the equity holding company creating SPV/JV for the group, as well as the owner of all IM-Rights generated in various processes. The company's partners are well known for creating globally recognized structures, and BYOS Development is engaged in groundbreaking projects across four regions: Mauritius, Seychelles, Sri Lanka, and Spain.
BYOS Management
BYOS Management is the operational company within the BYOS group, responsible for all management, costs, and staffing of the different BYOS companies. This structure allows the BYOS group to define its two entities, empowering BYOS Management to serve as the sole management provider in projects without burdening shareholders of the asset company, BYOS Development.
BYOS Management operates across all real estate sectors today, focusing on both private and commercial sectors, particularly in large private developments and commercial projects such as hotels and casinos. The BYOS Management team brings over twenty years of experience in the leisure sector, offering innovative solutions in luxury hotel management and structure.
